There is an answer

The answer lies in our ability to understand the true nature of creating results, the true nature of manifestation.  If we understood how the system actually creates results, we will improve the results we get and get them without experiencing ongoing collateral damage

Previously we viewed the process of creating results, of creating the life we want, as if we were all part of a great machine.  This view holds what we do, the activity of our lives, as the prime cause of the results we create.

This one-dimensional view of life has prevented us from dealing with the complex world in which we find ourselves.  Incorporation derives from Latin roots and literally means, “to create a body.”  Organizations are bodies in more than metaphorical terms and they are more than just physical bodies; they are bodies that house living beings in every sense of the word.

Like all forms of life, organizations create by taking in energy and transforming it into something else. In plants, it’s called photosynthesis. With corporations, it’s called production. Both allow the organism to serve something greater than itself.

Organizations are governed by the same laws of life as other living beings and follow the same hierarchy of need fulfillment as people do. They are an intrinsic part of life, particularly in our post-modern society. They marry through mergers and give rise to offspring (or spin-offs). When they mature, they have the choice of rebirthing, of branching off in new directions (new markets, new products or totally new business models), or withering away and dying (when they are sold off or go out of business).
